From There to Here

I mean, you’re not as bad as TBS. Your announcers don’t totally suck. And you had your HD channel ready to go for this game, which is more than I can say about TBS at the beginning of the MLB playoffs (and still more than I can say for the Celtics and Comcast SportsNet, which STILL isn’t available in our area in HD.)

But watching before the 10-1 Cowboys host the 10-1 Packers, Bryant Gumbel (who I usually think is pretty good) turns to Cris Collinsworth (who, himself, is highly underrated) and asks about the Packers offense:

“They’re second in throwing the ball; they’re dead last in running the ball. How are they getting it done?”

Just going to go out on a limb here, Bryant. It’s probably with the pass.
